Hi, I’m Rachel Rikeman.
About Me
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Food Science from the University of Vermont, and I’m continuously inspired by the science of nutrition and the personal stories of transformation I witness in my clients. Through a compassionate, client-centered approach, I work with individuals to find joy in eating without restriction or guilt, while focusing on health and well-being as a whole.
In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, hiking in the great outdoors, spending time with my cat, Dove, and painting. These activities help me stay grounded and connected to my passion for holistic health, which I bring into my work as a dietitian.
